This year, Year 5 are running an ‘Eggcellent Easter Extravaganza Raffle’ to raise funds towards their residential trip to Robinwood in Year Six. This is a hugely successful trip that has been running for several years. All the proceeds will help towards the cost of the coaches.
We are asking all children to donate an Easter egg or chocolate prize for the raffle. We need your support and kind donations for the raffle to go ahead. Tickets cost 50p per strip and will go on sale from next Monday, 12th March. Pupils will visit classes daily to sell the tickets. There will be a special 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize and the draw will take place on Friday 23rd March at the school council Easter Fayre.
Please hand in any of your chocolatey donations to your class teacher or either the KS1 or KS2 office.
Thank you and good luck!
Nic Shepherd (Deputy Headteacher and Robinwood Lead)

As in previous years, school children in the UK are receiving a free £1 equivalent Book Token, which can be exchanged in all participating bookshops. There are six new £1 books, these have been specially published for World Book Day 2017 and are:
