Butterfly Ball Picture Gallery

For Anti-Bullying Week we had a variety of projects and events based on ‘The Butterfy Ball’ book and videos by Ana Aldridge and William Plomer. Music by Roger Glover (Deep Purple).   We celebrated all our differences and explored ways of getting along together. We talked though always being fair and tolerant in our words and actions. We used art work, dance and collaborative work to complete our project. We had a brilliant week!   Our finale was all the children and staff dressing as a character from the book and coming to our ‘ball’ – it looked fantastic-over 600 ladybugs and butterflies and foxes!!!   A group of children designed a badge to encourage us to remember our week and this was produced and given to all children to take home.   We hope you enjoy the pictures!...
